Platinum Controls designs and supplies custom-built industrial equipment and engineered products tailored to each customer’s specific operational requirements. Whether the project requires a unique one-off solution or scalable production manufacturing, our team works closely with engineers and operations personnel to develop reliable, fit-for-purpose systems that perform in demanding industrial environments.
For this project, Platinum Controls was selected to design and supply more than 50 Air Distribution Panels constructed entirely from stainless steel components. These panels were engineered to withstand harsh installation conditions while ensuring long-term durability, reliability, and ease of maintenance.
By combining practical field experience with flexible manufacturing capabilities, Platinum Controls delivers high-quality engineered solutions that meet both technical specifications and project schedules.
The stand was built and all remaining components were assembled off-site before being transported to the customer’s landfill location. Once on site, the stand was offloaded and installed on piles, followed by the installation and wiring of the panel and associated equipment.
Platinum Controls then completed commissioning and testing of the system prior to final handover to the customer.
